About Mia Turpel

Mia Turpel is a business coach, project manager and trainer who enjoys helping women business owners and independent professionals go from “stressed out” to STREAMLINED, so that they can spend more time doing the work they love. Mia's work enables clients to focus their strengths and talents on the marketing and business processes that will grow their business while staying deeply rooted in a philosophy of self care.

Mia has extensive experience in business consulting, training and project management. Her background consists of over 25 years in large corporations, and in both small and micro businesses, where she has functioned in management, consulting and administrative positions. Mia’s clients appreciate her multi-faceted know-how, including her ability to break major undertakings into manageable pieces, and her capacity to uncover and develop a client’s “super powers”—those prewired strengths and talents that, when nurtured, will catapult them toward success.

Mia’s friends, family and clients say they always learn something interesting from her, because she is continually delving into something new and exciting and sharing it with everyone with whom she comes into contact. Her innate sense of curiosity has led her into many interesting arenas, one of which is the world of complementary medicine. Friends and clients often describe her as a ‘hybrid’ because of her knack of merging her lifelong interest in complementary medicine with her love of all things business. By combining her education in business with her experience as a licensed massage therapist, she has developed the philosophy that applying an appropriate level of self-care is critical to enjoying the journey of life, and that a well-nurtured body, mind and soul will allow her clients to function at their highest and best level.
