Session 1

• Find out what beliefs and mindsets could be keeping you stuck. Learn how keeping your finger on the pulse of today's business and economical climate differs from in the past.
• Learn how to stop waiting to be picked or directed and start taking action, the differences between renting and owning your career.

Session 2

• Learn the Career Ownership Model and benefits of career ownership. What are the challenges, costs and investments?
• Begin the THREADS self discovery process to find your life themes. Examine what is significant and connected for you, your values—what really matters to you. Examine how you energize and engage. The process of self-discovery is one that is critical in defining your best career direction. It's through self-discovery that you're able to become clear on ‘who you are’ and ‘what you're about.’

Session 3

• Determine how to articulate what your talents and strengths are. Perhaps characteristics that you took for granted. Examine your top five strengths based on the Clifton Strengthsfinder 2.0 Assessment.
• Examine where you have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Learn how mindsets contribute to resilience.

Session 4

• Examine the contexts in which you work most effectively. It may mean noise or silence; independence or collaboration. What surroundings do you need to do your best work?
• Research opportunities that fit your Foundation. Examine possible directions and target areas for you.

Session 5

• Find out how others view your talents and how using your strengths makes work easy and time-less.
• Discover your strengths themes and successes.
• Panning for gold—discover who your career customers are and developing targets that are a fit to your foundation.
• Find out what you need to learn about the organization and what to do with the information you collect. Get the big picture and look at growth areas.

Session 6

• Learn how to create mentoring relationships and stop waiting to be picked.
• Find out the four things that the best mentoring relationships have.
• Craft your business case to create your keycard for entry.
