About Mia Turpel
Executive leadership takes finesse—a framework of relational empowerment and know-how strategies that really work. Mia Turpel knows both.
Her one-on-one inspired approach to teaching, coaching and mentoring lift you to higher ground. She walks you through the process of “letting it go”—shifting your perception away from the blocks that mire clarity and muddle goals. Mia then takes you step-by-step to claim your high-performance presence through engaging your key strategic strengths.
Right attitudes. Well-defined boundaries. Conflict solutions. Mia shows how these concepts come together to form a collective heartbeat—synergistic engagement—moving you from stressed out to streamlined, a joyful workplace and heady success.
The founder of Performance Support Partners, LLC, Mia has valuable experience in executive coaching, business consulting, project management, and corporate-culture logistics. Her clients appreciate her ability to break major undertakings into manageable bite-size pieces as well as her ability to surface a client’s underlying “super powers”—those prewired gifts that, once nurtured, catapult leaders to success. Mia’s specialty is assisting individuals within a team at tagging their core strengths, fitting these strengths together in a synergistic “puzzle” of interdependence—then moving the team forward in open/honest communication, enhanced efficiency and effectiveness toward a desired goal.
Janine has many years experience in leadership, leader and organization development, executive and team coaching and C-level peer advisory groups. Janine provides leaders with tools that get to the bottom of employee resistance and low productivity, helping identify low engagement and define actions to jumpstart employee commitment. For organizations implementing succession plans, Janine coaches leadership teams toward shared generational values and leader behaviors that facilitate talent retention and development. One of five Master Certified Career Coaches in the country, she teaches in graduate and undergraduate psychology programs at Franklin University. Janine has published two books on career success in the 21st century: Career Ownership: Creating ‘Job Security’ in Any Economy and Career Partnering: A New Model for Today’s Talent. A runner for over 30 years, she continues to explore how human energy sources (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) impact business and personal contribution and satisfaction.
“I just completed a 10 session Strengths Strategies coaching process with Mia Turpel. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but after the first session I learned about my top 5 strengths. It was so interesting to put a ‘name’ on the way I viewed the world and how that showed up to others. The insights I received about how I was overusing my communication strengths led to my new mantra “speak less, say more”. This not only helped me better serve my clients, it helped me communicate better with my husband and my horse! There are too many other insights to list them all, but I want to make sure that others know how valuable this coaching has been to me! I highly recommend Mia’s coaching to others who want more self-awareness and confidence in utilizing their strengths!.”
